Okay, I was wrong. I didn’t really want to go to Utah and it was awesome. Same for Montana. That being said, Glacier National Park is the best motorcycle ride, and most geological scenic route, in America as far as I am concerned. Nice sweeping curves. Speed limits low enough to let you soak in the grandeur of the place. And the views!

I saw a gray wolf cross the road in front of us (too quickly to get a photo of it) and we had a deer walk right up to the bikes. Sometimes the mountains are so close and huge that you can’t take them all in and sometimes the rock cliff walls are close enough to touch while driving the bikes. Waterfalls (literally hundreds of them) from the melting snow on the mountains could be several dozen to thousands of feet tall. The Weeping Wall had several waterfalls that came out of this granite rock face and the falls came ride down on you in the road.

Kudos to Melinda for pushing me into it because it was a great ride!
