Kansas City here I come! Actually, we’re there. I spend my days at the gym and working on little maintenance projects on the RV and bikes. Nights are reserved for Harrah’s poker room. I vaguely remember that I am supposed to be writing, but between the low income and the thankless hours, I always seem to find other, more fun, pursuits. We are staying at Worlds of Fun, which is a really nice RV park (and amusement park that we never go to, but it’s fun to hear the kids yelling on the nearby roller coaster – who doesn’t love to hear children screaming in terror?) in Kansas City, MO.
Head ‘Em Up! Move ‘Em Out!
From here we head to Montreal, MO where some friends of ours have a ranch that they kindly let us barge in on. Melinda gets to “herd cattle” and ride horses. Besides great company and some ‘dude ranching’, we go for some awesome motorcycle rides throughout central Missouri.
After Missouri, we head to an overnight in Illinois (finally getting that off the list so we can say we stayed in the whole contiguous U.S.) and then on to Cave City KY for a few weeks.
