On the Road Again
Lot of people asking, so “what’s next?” Damned good question. Our biggest problem is finding new adventures. We were too successful finding fun on the first lap of America. From Advance, NC, we leave Wednesday, May 24th and head toward Williamsburg, VA. Nin wants to explore Old Williamsburg and get her ‘Colonial’ on. She just loves those big hoopy dresses! From there we head up the Delaware peninsula to Atlantic City, NJ. I will be exploring new ways to hate bad beats at the Borgata poker tables. (Just forward my mail there for two weeks.) From there we head to Chaplin, Connecticut for a month. We stayed at the Nickerson RV Camp when we first started and have some fond memories of how green it was, the awesome motorcycle roads, the covered bridges and old houses, and the nightly campfires. Did I mention it’s just a short drive away from Foxwoods Casino and Mohegun Sun Casino? Must have slipped my mind.
After that, we are headed to Maine, New Hampshire & Vermont for a month or so. We toured Maine on the bikes a few years ago, but we want to spend more time there.
From New England, we head to central New York, Niagara Falls, and who knows what next. I am still trying to figure out to jump the RV OVER Ohio to get to Indiana without touching down. So far, the physics don’t add up…unless I get going really, really fast! Man, it’s great to be on the road again!
