Well, at least until a few weeks ago. We left Appomattox, VA after a week and drove to Gettysburg, PA to stay at the Thousand Trails Drummer Boy RV Park. That wasn’t the ONLY reason. I dropped my bike off at a Can-Am dealership in Chambersburg (near Gettysburg to get the brakes completely redone.) We spent 4th of July week in Gettysburg, PA. Melinda checked out the battle reenactments (in 100+ degree heat!)
The campground was… okay. So many trees our Starlink couldn’t get a satellite signal so NO internet for a week. ARGH! I can live without streaming TV, but all our Apple iCloud reminders, calendars, email, etc NEED their Internet. One of the few sites left (granted, we made a last minute 4th of July reservation in 
GETTYSBURG!) was on a slope that the RV couldn’t get the jacks down far enough to stabilize. The tires came right off the ground.
The pool was BEYOND crowded with family partiers. The reenactment cannons were… startling to say the least.
RV ISSUES
Then the right side kitchen slide-out on the RV decided to gout whenever it wanted to. Going down the road, parked in a lot, putting down the stabilizer jacks, anytime. So, we called a bunch of mobile RV techs to come out but it WAS the 4th of Juy weekend (their busiest time) and our 1 week turn around made it tough. One company wanted $575 for 1 hour’s diagnostic (after misc fees). We passed. We had someone come out and diagnose the issue so I could order parts to have delivered to us at our next stop in Ohio, AFTER I arranged for a guy there to install them. It’s always something.
